Up to 2008 Kent Jonasen was Deputy Head of Group Human Resources in A.P. Moller - Maersk (Fortune 200) responsible for Talent Management, Leadership Development, Executive Development and Compensation He left A.P. Moller - Maersk in April 2008 to join and extend the scope of SirrahGroup.
Kent has lead the hands on implementation of a companywide integrated leadership development initiative based on the Leadership Pipeline concept to impact more than 10,000 leaders in more than 100 different countries. The project secured reliable executive succession plans and a 90% hit ratio on talents in the executive talent pool.

As a MSc in Psychology, Iben works with the core of an evidence based approach founded during her years in HR with A.P. Moller - Maersk where she worked with executive development, leadership development, organisational analysis, assessment and recruitment.
Later, she was one of the key drivers in developing a new appraisal and competence development system for the National Defence covering more than 25.000 people, both military and civilian. With a particular strength in translating thought leadership on organisational behaviour into high impact learning solutions, Iben founded SirrahGroup in 2006.

James L. Noel, MBA, EdD, has over 20 years of experience in developing senior leaders and executive coaching. His perspective on leadership development was shaped by his tenure at General Electric's leadership development institute, Crotonville, where he was Manager of Executive Education and Leadership Effectiveness.
Jim has co-authored several books: Leadership Passages: The Personal and Professional Transitions that Make or Break a Leader (with David Dotlich and Norman Walker), The Leadership Pipeline (with Ram Charan and Stephen Drotter), and Action Learning (with David Dotlich). He is also co-editor (with David Dotlich) of the 2008 Pfeiffer Annual on Leadership Development.
