Iben Elene Oksfeldt

Iben founded SirrahGroup in 2006. Before that she was Head of HR in a consultancy company where she selected, trained coached and supervised many facilitators and consultants. Previously, as a consultant, she articulated, developed and implemented a concept for applying modern educational theory to outdoor classroom training and applied this in corporate interventions in many of the largest companies in Denmark.

Previously, she worked as consultant at the Royal Danish Defence Academy, Institute for Military Psychology & Institute for Leadership and Organisation. She was one of the key drivers in constructing a new appraisal and competence development system for the entire National Defence covering more than 25.000 people, both military and civilian. The project referred directly to the Head of National Defence

The bases of her approach to educational design in corporate training and accelerating business related behaviours and attitudes was founded during her years working with A.P. Moller - Maersk (Fortune 200). She worked as HR consultant and PA to the Head of Group HR within the areas of executive development, leadership development, organisational analysis, assessments including tests and interviews.

Iben holds a M.Sc. in Psychology from Copenhagen University and has completed ACT, Advanced Coach Training with TNM Coaching. She also holds various assessment certifications and has conducted more than 1500 assessments including tests and interviews. She is a member of the Danish Psychological Association as well as the EAWOP, European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology.

Having lived, studied, worked and integrated herself in numerous countries covering three continents - North America, Europe and South East Asia - Iben has build a unique competence in designing business relevant learning initiatives that are cross-culturally appealing and will have the same high impact around the world.
