Leadership Programmes

Sirrah offers generic Leadership Transition Programmes® that address the key challenges faced by leaders when they transition to a new leadership level. The programmes can be delivered as they are or customised to fit your specific leadership culture. The programmes can be delivered to you by Sirrah facilitators or Sirrah can train selected leaders from your organisation to deliver them. Or you may prefer any combination hereof.




Consultancy

We provide various consultancy services within the areas of Talent Management, HR Due Diligence, People Sessions, and Organisational Agility Diagnostics etc. SirrahGroup will partner with you to deliver consultancy work. We also offer to train your own in-house consultants to conduct the work. Or you may prefer any combination hereof.
